Root container timezone information will be used for all containers.
Cause
Container specific timezone information can not be obtained. Specification of parameter USE_ROOT_CONTAINER_TIMEZONE has allowed Extract to proceed with the guarantee that all containers have the same timezone information as the root container.
Action
Ensure all containers have the same timezone information as the root container.
