Cause
Container specific timezone information can not be obtained because Extract is running in a sourceLess Extract configuration.
Action
Install the required patch on the mining database. Alternatively, a fetch database can be configured. Alternatively, if all containers have the same timezone as the root container then parameter TRANLOGOPTIONS USE_ROOT_CONTAINER_TIMEZONE can be specified.
