Cause
The EXCLUDEUSER option of the TRANLOGOPTIONS parameter cannot be specified when the NOUSERID parameter is specified.
Action
Specify a USERID parameter or remove the EXCLUDEUSER parameter or replace with the EXCLUDEUSERID parameter.
