Cause
Direct apply will not work for this table as configured.
Action
Possible actions include using the dbms_apply_adm.set_dml_handler procedure to remove the DML handler by specifying the user_procedure as NULL. For more information, see the "SET_DML_HANDLER Procedure" documentation in the Oracle Database PL/SQL Packages and Types Reference, version 12.1 and removing ACDR configuration.
