Output recovery scan could not find the last completed transaction from output trail file '{0}' that incarnation number was changed.
Cause
Internal trail file replication from master to standby system may be delayed or failed.
Action
Check if the internal replication properly configured and processed. Find the LOGBSN position from the trail file consumer such as Distribution Service and Replicat. Reposition the Primary Extract by the LOGBSN position and restart the Primary Extract, and perform ETROLLOVER.
