Scan last completed transaction from trail file '{0}'. Extract altered to start at earlier CSN than found in trail files. Duplicate transactions will be suppressed.
Cause
Recovery logic will always filter duplicate transactions from being written to the trail, even if an extract is altered back in time.
Action
If you wish to re-generate transaction from the newly altered position, you need to issue an alter extract ETROLLOVER command.
