The SOURCECHARSET and _TRAILCHARSET parameters are both specified in the parameter file. SOURCECHARSET will be used and _TRAILCHARSET will be ignored.
Cause
The deprecated _TRAILCHARSET parameter and the SOURCECHARSET parameter are both specified in the same parameter file.
Action
Remove _TRAILCHARSET and specify the source database character set with SOURCECHARSET.
