Cause
Report Oracle environment variables after a database connection failure.
Action
Ensure that the correct user ID and password have been provided. If the connect string did not include TNS alias then either provide an alias or set the TWO_TASK environment variable to that alias. Also make sure that the TNS_ADMIN environment variable is set to the correct location.
