Remote capture is not supported for Windows platform.
Cause
OGG does not support Remote capture for MySQL on Windows platform. Please remove TRANLOGOPTIONS ALTLOGDEST REMOTE and instead use TRANLOGOPTIONS ALTLOGDEST "index-file-absolute-path" in the extract parameter file to use local capture.
