Cause
The TARGETCATALOG specifications in the parameter files specify a number of Mappers greater than the NUM_MAPPERS parameter.
Action
Modify the TARGETCATALOG specifications to reduce the number of Mappers or increase the value specified for NUM_MAPPERS.
