Cause
Encryption with a master encryption key is specified in the parameter file, but the input trail file that the data pump reads is already encrypted with a master encryption key.
Action
Delete the ENCRYPTTRAIL parameter, or specify the DECRYPTTRAIL parameter if you want to keep ENCRYPTTRAIL.
