Bounded Recovery is not being used for restore. Extract will revert to normal recovery for this recovery and then turn on Bounded Recovery again.
Cause
Extract was unable to recover from the last Bounded Recovery checkpoint.
Action
Examine the Extract report file for messages related to the bounded recovery failure and then contact Oracle Support. Please report any failure of a bounded recovery to Oracle, even if Extract fully recovers.
