OGG-12042
A request or response may not specify both 'Content-Length' and 'Transfer-Encoding' headers.
Cause
The 'Content-Length' header is used when the content length is known. 'Transfer-Encoding' is used when the content length is not known or can not be determined. Specifying both headers leads to ambiguity regarding the content's size.
Action
For service requests, specify either a 'Content-Length' header and re-issue the request. For service responses, contact Oracle Support.
