The wrl configuration is missing.
Cause
The Wallet Resource Locator (wrl) was not found in the security configuration.
Action
Verify that the 'wrl' value in the security configuration is present and refers to a valid Oracle Wallet location. See 4 Installing and Configuring Oracle GoldenGate for Oracle Databases.
