An installation with active deployments cannot join an Oracle GoldenGate cluster.
Cause
An Oracle GoldenGate cluster operation cannot be performed because this installation has deployments other than the 'ServiceManager' deployment.
Action
Remove all non-Service Manager deployments and retry this operation.
