Cause
Unable to successfully verify all the certificates participating in the remote peer's certificate-chain. Certificates may be invalid due to expired validity times, incorrect extended key-usage specifications, inappropriate security policies or an inability to locate a required valid issuers or root CA certificates.
Action
Review and confirm that the remote peers is sending a sufficiently complete certificate-chain, that each of the certificates in the chain has not expired, that each certificate has a valid and available issuer certificate, that each certificate includes certificate signing ability and that the security policies allow the certificate to be used as a certificate signing authority.
