Heartbeat table columns HEARTBEAT_RECEIVED_TS and OUTGOING_HEARTBEAT_RECEIVED_TS cannot be populated because @dbfunction feature is incompatible with the connected database.
Cause
@DBFUNCTION() is not compatible with the connected database, which is required to populate column HEARTBEAT_RECEIVED_TS and OUTGOING_HEARTBEAT_RECEIVED_TS in heartbeat table.
