User has enabled migration mode for extract. This type of configuration will implicitly enable repication on all supported tables unless excluded with explicit TABLEEXCLUDE clause, it also enables replication of DDLs on all mapped table and replication impacting DDLs on unmapped tables. It will also enable replication on all features of procedures, however replication on sequence is disabled.
