Cause
PEMPUBLICKEYFILE is not set for SSL handshake.
Action
Set "CPPDRIVEROPTIONS SSL PEMPUBLICKEYFILE filename.pem" in your Oracle GoldenGate GLOBALS file or in the Extract parameter file.
