Cause
If the Extract does not have permissions for SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS or the table is inaccessible for other reasons, the table should be made available so the Extract can process alter table information.
Action
Enable SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS if alter table log record processing is desired. Both SYSIBM.SYSTABLES and SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS must be on to enable this feature.
