The LRSN delta value must be a valid hexadecimal string but contains at least one invalid two byte combination at position {0} (beginning at 0).
Cause
The hexadecimal value may not have been copied from the Bootstrap Dataset (BSDS) report correctly.
Action
Check the Bootstrap Dataset (BSDS) report and reenter the LRSN delta value.
