A Credential store backup was found while attempting to create a new backup file. A Credential store backup file will be present if a prior update operation to the Credential store file was unsuccessful.

If the current Credential store file is not empty and the store file and backup file are the same size, remove the backup file. If the current Credential store file is not empty and the backup file is empty, remove the backup file. If the current Credential store file is empty and the backup is not empty, replace the Credential file with the backup file. If the both current Credential store file and backup file are not empty but differ in size. Archive both files. Replace the Credential store file with the archived Credential store file. Resume if operation is restored and the registered users validated. Otherwise replace the Credential store file with the archived backup file.
