Cause
Replica identity setting for the table is either USING INDEX or DEFAULT which is not compatible to process Oracle GoldenGate Extract parameter such as UPDATERECORDFORMAT FULL/COMPACT or GETUPDATEBEFORES or GETBEFORECOLS.
Action
Change the replica identity setting to FULL thorough GGSCI ADD TRANDATA command and re-initiate the DML again in the source database.
