Cause
The JSON value in the JSON Web Token obtained during the connection and configuration test does not contain or match the expected value.
Action
Make sure that the Identity Provider application is correctly configured. Some Identity Providers use two services to configure the application, sometimes these two services take some time to sync. If the application configuration was done successfully, wait a couple of seconds before attempting the same test again. Confirm with Identity Provider administrator that the application was configured correctly.
