Parameter BINARY_JSON_FORMAT is not supported when OUTPUTFORMAT is set to text, SQL, or XML formats. Extract will ignore the parameter.
Cause
Output trail is using text encoding so the parameter BINARY_JSON_FORMAT is ignored.
Action
Take out BINARY_JSON_FORMAT parameter.
