Failed to delete CA certificate named '{1}' associated with x-Cert type user '{0}'. The CA certificate needs to be deleted manually.
Cause
During the deletion of the x-Cert type user, the deletion of the associated CA certificate failed.
Action
When an x-Cert type user is deleted, any CA certificates that were added to the deployment's certificate store when the user was added are also deleted.
An error has occurred while attempting to delete the CA certificate
and the CA certificate may still be present in the certificate store.
Using the ServiceManager's Certificate Administration interfaces, a
Security administrator will need to manually remove the CA certificate
that is named in the error message
