Cause
Variable Length Columns were added to the specified table after it is created. The Before image does not have records of new added columns.
Action
Exclude this table from the Oracle GoldenGate configuration, stop user activity on it, and then resynchronize it with the target table. Add it back to the Oracle GoldenGate configuration, and then restart the processes.
