An OCI Event occurred that caused the connection to be dropped.
Cause
The Oracle Call Interface handle is invalid because the server has disconnected the Oracle Call Interface connection.
Action
Restart Replicat. If the problem persists, check if the RDBMS server is running and then contact Oracle Support.
