The IBM DB2 z/OS remote memory manager stored procedure task {0} failed to start properly and has no status information.
Cause
The Extract uses the DB2 zOS Administrative Task Scheduler to monitor ECSA (common) memory usage but the monitor task did not start properly. Ensure that the Task Scheduler is running and configured properly.
Action
If the Administrative Task Scheduler is not running then it should be started otherwise check that the Scheduler is configured properly before the Extract is restarted.
