Bounded Recovery is not used for restore. Extract will revert to normal recovery for this restore and then turn on Bounded Recovery again.
Cause
Bounded Recovery was unable to recover using the last Bounded Recovery Checkpoint (BCP).
Action
Examine the Extract report file for messages related to the Bounded Recovery failure. Contact Oracle support even if the Extract fully recovers.
