The DB2 WLM was refreshed and the initialization stored procedure {2} could not obtain memory to recreate the WQLS memory that was lost due to a possible WLM refresh. The return code was {0} and the reason code was {1}.
Cause
The Db2 User Defined Function detected a WLM refresh and attempted to allocate memory in order to rebuild the wqls list of table ID values. Extract cannot continue.
Action
Review IBM information on any memory shortage messages and the recommended action. If this error persists, contact IBM support.
