Cause
The connection between the Distribution Service and the Receiver Service or the Manager could not be established. This can be due to a network problem or an error in the setup. The connection between the Distribution Service and the Receiver Service was closed by the remote server.
Action
Check for the reason - Verify the URI provided for the Distribution Path. Check that the Receiver Service or the Manager is running and listening on the expected port. Verify that the remote server trusts the CA of the presented client certificate.
