OGG-30525

A call to routine {0} timed out according reason code {1}. Please see previous messages as well.


Cause

A call to the indicated routine timed out and must be made available within the timeout window for extract to work correctly.


Action

There are a number of reasons why the call may have timed out. Check that the routine is in a started state. Check that the WLM associated with the routine is not quiesced. If numtcbs for the WLM is not already at 40, try increasing it to that value. Refer to IBM documentation regarding the error code for further information. If this does not help resolve the issue, please contact Oracle support.
