GETTRUNCATES is not currently supported for YugabyteDB capture due to database limitations.
Cause
GETTRUNCATES is not supported by change data capture for YugabyteDB.
Action
Remove GETTRUNCATES from the EXTRACT param file and restart the Extract CDC process.
