The extract is using pgoutput plugin and it must be provided with the publication_names using the STREAMINGOPTIONS.
Cause
User configured extract with pgoutput plugin but did not provide publication_names while specifying TRANLOGOPTIONS STREAMINGOPTIONS in parameter file.
Action
Provide keyword TRANLOGOPTIONS STREAMINGOPTIONS publicationname with publication_names as it is mandatory for plugin type pgoutput.
