7 Known Issues, Limitations and FAQs for Oracle Cerner Millennium
This following are the known issues associated with the Cerner connector.
- A user can be created with any previous begin date. However, users are not automatically disabled in the Cerner Millennium target system when their end effective date has passed. This is the expected target behavior.
- Taxonomy and personal alias begin dates cannot be future-dated. If you attempt to add an alias with a future date, no error will be thrown, but the alias will not be added to the user account in the Cerner Millennium target.
- Only one secure email can be added, even if it is defined as a child record.
- To add a supervisor, an associated organization must first be added.
- A user must have an organization assigned before being added to a Discern security group.
- User reconciliation is required to update or delete attributes such as Supervisor Relationship, Secure Email, Taxonomy, Phone, Personal Role, Credential, Address, and Role Profile.
- A supervisor lookup involving 50,000 users takes approximately 5 hours to complete.
