24.3.4 Enabling or Disabling a Notification Template

Use the Notification option in the Self Service section, to enable or disable a notification template.

You can enable or disable a notification template in the following ways:

  1. Log in to Oracle Identity Self Service.
  2. Click Manage tab and select System Configuration box.
  3. Select Notification from the drop-down.
  4. Search for the notification template that you want to enable or disable.
    The search results are displayed in a tabular format.
  5. Select the template that you want to enable or disable.
  6. Click Enable or Disable in the Action column.
    A message is displayed prompting you to confirm the enable or disable operation.
  7. Click Yes.
    A message is displayed confirming the enable or disable operation.
Alternatively, you can enable or disable a notification template by following:
  1. Log in to Oracle Identity Self Service.
  2. Click Manage tab and select System Configuration.
  3. Select Notification from the drop-down.
  4. Search for the notification template that you want to disable.
  5. From the search results, select the notification template.
  6. From the Action drop-down option in the top right corner, click Enable or Disable.

    A message is displayed confirming the enable or disable operation.
