22.5.6 Running the Jobs

In addition to scheduling jobs to run automatically at the specified time, you can run the jobs.

For example, you create and schedule a job that runs every Friday. However, if you want to run the job on any day other than Friday, then you must run the job manually.

To run a job, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Oracle Identity Self Service.
  2. Select Manage tab.
  3. Click System Configuration box, and select Scheduler.
    The Manage Scheduler Jobs section is displayed.
  4. In the Job Search results table, click Run Job.
  5. Click Yes to confirm, or click No.
    A confirmation box confirming the success is displayed.
    OR
  6. Select the job and click Edit to run the job.
  7. In the Edit or View Job section, Click Action and select Execute.
    A dialog box prompting you to confirm if you want to run the job is displayed.
