6 Known Issues and Workarounds

This chapter describes known issues and workarounds associated with this release of the connector.

6.1 Lotus Resource not Shown in Self Service UI

Note:

This is an issue associated with the server.

Lotus resource is not shown in self service UI for user password change.

Workaround:

  1. Log in to Oracle Identity Manager Design Console.

  2. Expand Development Tools.

  3. Double-click Form Designer.

  4. Search for and open the UD_LOTUS form.

  5. Click Create New Version.

  6. Change the existing label from UD_LOTUS_USERPWS to UD_LOTUS_PASSWORD.

  7. Save and close the form.

  8. Activate the new form.

  9. Open the Password Updated task from process definition.

  10. Change the mappings to reflect the new label.

    Note:

    This issue is observed in Oracle Identity Manager release 11.1.2.0.0 and any BP in this release track.
