This function returns the year from dateTime.

Signature:

xpath20:year-from-dateTime(dateTime as string)

Arguments:

• dateTime: The dateTime as a string.

Property IDs:

• namespace-uri: http://www.oracle.com/XSL/Transform/java/oracle.tip.pc.services.functions.Xpath20

• namespace-prefix: xpath20
