On the Apple Safari browser version 18.3.1 (20620.2.4.11.6), when you upload a SOA composite artifacts or a Java EE application to the Enterprise Manager, the deployment wizard shows the Processing: Loading status window and waits indefinitely.

Workaround

You can use any browser other than Apple Safari.
