This graphic describes the overall roadmap for upgrading your application environment as a procedure consisting of the following steps:

1. If the domain is a WebLogic Server 10.3.0 or earlier domain, you must first upgrade to WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and then run the Domain Upgrade Wizard to update the domain to WebLogic Server 10.3.6.

2. Back up the domain on the Administration Server.

3. Run the Fusion Middleware Reconfiguration Wizard to update the domain to the newly installed WebLogic Server version.

4. Complete the Node Manager configuration.

5. If there are remote Managed Servers in the domain, back up the domain on each remote machine and then upgrade the remote Managed Servers on all machines.
