Add to Catalog

Use the Add to Catalog dialog to save a task flow with customizations to the resource catalog as a new task flow. More

Once added to the resource catalog, the task flow can be selected in the resource catalog by any user who has permissions to edit pages in the portal.

Note:

Only changes to the properties and parameters of a task flow are saved in the new task flow added to the resource catalog. Changes to the content of the task flow (such as entries in a discussions task flow) remain unique to the task flow instance and are not included when saving the task flow to the resource catalog as a new task flow.

Element	Description
Name	Enter a name for the custom task flow in the resource catalog. A name that duplicates an already existing task flow name is allowable.
Description	(Optional) Enter a description for the custom task flow.
Folder	Click to select the folder where you want the custom task flow to appear in the resource catalog.
Add to Catalog	Click to add the task flow to the resource catalog assigned to the page.
