Create New/Edit SQL Data Source

Use the Create New SQL Data Source wizard (or Edit SQL Data Source wizard) to create a new SQL data source for all portals (if accessed through the Shared Assets page) or for the current portal (if accessed through the Assets page). More

Element	Description
Name	(Required) Enter a name for the new SQL data source.
Description	Enter a description for the new SQL data source.
JDBC Data Source	(Required) Enter a JNDI name of JDBC data source.
Password	(Required) Enter a password for the JDBC data source.
SQL Statement	Enter a SQL statement. You can use `:bind-name` to refer to bind variables in the SQL statement.
Updatable	Select to allow this SQL data source to be updated. The underlying table must have a primary key defined on the table for this feature to work.
Test	Click to confirm whether required entries are complete and valid.
