17 How do I create Bluekai segments?

You can create Bluekai segments with ready-to-use Bluekai campaigns for your Site in the Create New Segment form. The Bluekai campaigns will already have the filtering criteria defined in them. So to create your Bluekai segments, you have to select the appropriate Bluekai campaigns.

To create BlueKai segments:

1. Select Bluekai in the Subtype drop-down field. A Campaign drop-down field appears below it.
2. Expand the Campaign drop-down field to see all the Bluekai campaigns configured for your site.

   Note:

   To see the Bluekai campaigns in the Campaign drop-down field, Bluekai campaigns should be already created in the Bluekai partner site and the Bluekai properties have to be enabled from the Admin interface.
3. Select the Bluekai campaign from the list.
   Click the Refresh icon besides the Campaign drop-down field if you want to refresh the campaigns from Bluekai.
4. Click Save.
