Preface

This guide contains information about using Oracle WebCenter Sites to create and manage desktop and mobile websites, personalize them with targeted content to enhance visitor experiences on the website, and gather visitor feedback on their success.

Audience

This guide is intended for users whose expertise is rooted in the content of a website, not in the software used to manage it. In this guide, these users are categorized as content contributors and marketers. For a complete description of each type of WebCenter Sites user, see Who Are the WebCenter Sites Users?

This document is also helpful to individuals who support these users, perform their functions, or simply need to understand basic concepts of WebCenter Sites and its related applications.
