cockpit Updated to Version 344

The cockpit web console is updated to version 344, notable enhancements include:

• New PatternFly 6-based UI and style.
• Improved graphical VNC/serial consoles.
• IPv6 WireGuard VPN support in Networking.
• Branding support using branding.css.

Separate cockpit-ws-selinux Subpackage for Cockpit SELinux Policy

The SELinux policy for cockpit_ws processes is now provided in the dedicated cockpit-ws-selinux package, avoiding unnecessary selinux_policy dependencies and ensuring Cockpit works properly on systems with or without SELinux.
