2 Installation: Oracle Linux KVM

Migrate applications and data to Oracle Linux 8 or Oracle Linux 9 as soon as possible.
The process to install the KVM user space packages on Oracle Linux involves these steps:
- Enable the yum repositories or subscribe to the ULN channels.
Important:
This step is only required when using the Oracle KVM Stack. The Default KVM Stack is available in the standard core system repositories.For more details on which sources include the Default KVM Stack or the Oracle KVM Stack, see KVM Repositories and Channels: Yum and ULN.

- Install the virtualization packages on an existing system running Oracle Linux.

- (Optional - UEK system users only) Switch the KVM stack between the Default KVM Stack and the Oracle KVM Stack.
