2 Entitlements and Restricted Use Licenses

This chapter identifies software entitlements and restricted use licenses that are included as part of Premier and Basic support. Oracle Open Source Support Policies identify the features for each support level, including support for certain Additional Linux Programs, which are provided with the core Linux Programs.

The following software packages are licensed to customers with a valid Oracle Linux Support subscription at the Premier or Basic level, subject to the restricted use licenses provided below.

Ksplice	You may download the Ksplice client software and system updates from the Ksplice channel on the Unbreakable Linux Network at https://linux.oracle.com and use it to update Oracle Linux and, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux as described in the Oracle Linux: Ksplice User's Guide. With the exception of any separately licensed components, your use of the Ksplice client software is subject to these terms and Oracle's terms for your Oracle Linux Premier support subscription. You are entitled to use Ksplice only during the term of your Oracle Linux Premier Support subscription and only on machines that are covered by that subscription. Any kernel or other updates that you obtain as a result of using the Ksplice service are subject to separate open source license terms, which are provided with the updates. These terms are not intended to restrict or otherwise limit your use of any separately licensed software that is provided as part of the Ksplice service, including any open source or separately licensed components that are delivered as part of the Ksplice client software.
Oracle Clusterware	You may download Oracle Clusterware as part of the Grid Infrastructure Software from the repository https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle19c-linux-downloads.html and use Oracle Clusterware in support of Oracle Linux. In conjunction with such use, these terms and Oracle's terms for your Oracle Linux Basic or Premier support subscription supersede the terms of any clickwrap agreement that you must accept at the time of downloading the Oracle Grid Infrastructure Software.
OS Management Hub	You may access and use OS Management Hub as described in the OS Management Hub documentation. With the exception of any separately licensed components, your use of the OS Management Hub service is subject to these terms and Oracle's terms for your Oracle Linux Premier or Basic support subscription. You are entitled to use OS Management Hub only during the term of your Oracle Linux Premier or Basic Support subscription and only on systems that are covered by that subscription.
