Systems With Btrfs Fail to Boot in FIPS Mode

When booted in FIPS mode, a system using Btrfs fails with the following message:

FATAL: FIPS integrity test failed
Refusing to continue

Booting into UEK 8 using a Btrfs file system with FIPS mode enabled isn't supported.
